I would come here again, loved the hotel. Fairly clean and pleasant place, has pleasant views of the garden.Its location is perfect & magnificent, just next door to the racecourse and town center, downtown, and 'the Brewery'.The units are new-fashioned, neat.The staff are helpful and extremely friendly, and the host too.

The service was good during all my good stay. The room was neat and individual, with with the back garden, separate shared bathrooms, as for instance. The hotel had a cute location a minute walk from Gas Green Baptist Church.

LOcation is great- walking distance from station but also from town. Rooms were lovely, also very nice garden.

Breakfast didn't offer anything cooked- but it may have said this when we booked and I just didn't realise

Pleasantly surprised by the Guest House which was diagonally off the main road. First impressions of the road were not good.

The accommodations are nicely set up with complimentary drinks, a television, a cozy bed, and friendly staff.

First class owners could not do enough for you, if you want to take a trip down memory lane the owner has loads of antiques which makes for a good conversation discussion. Would def go again.

Lovely people, very helpful. Room was excellent (A Wooden cabin in the garden) with everything you could want. Warm and clean.

The guest house is a high quality and quiet place with nice views of the garden. The budget king room had comfy beds. The location is nice and unbeatable, just next door to a castle, central Cheltenham and the shopping centre.

Helpful staff always on hand. Set in a nice and unbeatable location walk from the train station.

The character and individuality of the rooms makes Alice Guest House a welcome change form the predictable chain hotels. The owners are very friendly and very helpful.

The location was very convenient, being right next to the Alice Guest House and the train station. There was an excellent gallery nearby. The king room I stayed in was perfect and overlooked a very pretty garden.

We were made very welcome. We booked this property because the web site stated they allowed pets. We brought two labs with us and were given a ground floor rooom with hard floors which worked well. The bed was very comfortable and the tv had freeview. Tea and coffee available in room. A good 10 min walk to the city centre but very close to the university. A shared bathroom which was fine as only a few rooms. Bath and shower available. Very quiet location so good nights sleep. Free parking across the road.A Light breakfast with wonderful french coffee croissants and great french jam. Ideal for a night or two

I found the bathroom and bedroom colder than I would like. The room was very nicely done but a little cluttered for us with the dog bedding on the floor.

As it was raining I thought I'd stay in and watch TV. All I could get was a blue screen and no picture. There was nobody from the Hotel around to ask! Also noisy from outside being near a main road.

The location of the guest house was comfortable and convenient, with shops, bars, restaurants, and a church nearby. It was just a short walk to a bridge and the back of the brewery, which was really handy. We also found a great restaurant, Ginger and Garlic, which was located relatively near the guest house. We had a lovely lunch/dinner there.
